Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item can be in any condition.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is not required. We would have a record of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending your item back.
